Young Globes Technologies Private Limited is looking for a Process Associate – US IT Sales to support our US market sales and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct cold calls and outbound sales activities targeting the US market.
- Identify and research potential clients and business prospects.
- Generate leads through online platforms and market research.
- Maintain and update prospect and lead information.
- Follow up with potential clients and coordinate with the sales team.
- Support the sales team in achieving lead generation and business development goals.
- Work according to US business hours.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, telecalling, or sales-related roles.




- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in cold calling is preferred.
- Interest in US IT Sales / Business Development.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Positive research and prospect identification skills.
- Willingness to work in the US shift.
- Ability to communicate professionally with potential clients.
