Business Development Manager ( Bidder )Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in online bidding, lead generation, client acquisition, proposal writing, and deal closure. The ideal candidate should have experience selling IT & Digital Marketing services and generating business through online platforms as well as direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Truelancer, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Identify new business opportunities through online bidding, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and project estimations based on client requirements.
- Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and conduct discovery calls/meetings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Sell IT & Digital Marketing services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Branding, UI/UX, and Graphic Design.




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify upselling/recurring business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate project understanding and smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client details using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business/revenue targets.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Online Bidding.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Truelancer, or similar platforms.
- Prior experience in IT / Digital Marketing Agency Sales preferred.
- Solid proposal writing, negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing and IT services.
- Strong lead generation, follow-up, and deal-closing abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Graduate/Undergraduate; MBA/BBA preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
