Key Job Responsibilities for Senior Data Analyst

- Analyze large-scale video and image datasets to support the development, validation, and enhancement of OKEAN video analytics solutions.
- Develop and maintain tools and scripts for productive extraction, organization, and management of video and image data.
- Perform data collection, scraping, and curation activities to meet emerging project and analytics requirements.
- Lead and coordinate data-related teams, including Ground Truth (GT) annotation, data discovery, and synthetic data generation teams.
- Explore, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art synthetic data generation techniques and models to improve dataset diversity and coverage.
- Manage and automate site data collection, processing, and maintenance workflows through scripting and data engineering practices.




- Finalize and deliver validated video test datasets to the QA team for product testing, benchmarking, and release validation.

Qualifications & Required Skills

- B.Tech from a recognised university
- 4–10 years of professional experience
- Experience in data analysis, preferably in video/image-based domains.
- Desirable knowledge of data handling tools like Python (pandas, NumPy), SQL, and Excel.
- Familiarity with video annotation workflows, dataset versioning, and evaluation techniques.
- Experience in building or using automation tools for data processing.
- Ability to manage tasks and mentor junior team members effectively.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
