ob Description: Senior Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Artist (Expert Level)About the Role

We are seeking an elite, highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Expert who commands industry-standard design and editing suites, including Adobe Creative Cloud, CorelDRAW, and Maxon Cinema 4D / After Effects. In this role, you will spearhead our high-end visual identity, packaging pre-press prep, photorealistic 3D product renders, cinematic promotional videos, and dynamic motion graphics for both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities1. High-End Graphic Design & Vector Mastery (CorelDRAW & Adobe Illustrator)

- Execute complex pre-press packaging layouts, die-lines, labels, and mono-carton box designs using CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator with pixel-perfect precision.
- Manage advanced color separations, metallic/matte spot UV finishes, foil stamping layouts, and vector asset generation for large-scale print runs.
- Design high-impact marketing collateral, brochures, exhibition displays, and digital ad creatives ensuring strict adherence to global brand guidelines.

2. Advanced Motion Graphics & Video Production (After Effects & Premiere Pro)

- Produce cinematic, high-end promotional videos, commercial product reveals, and social media ad campaigns using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Design custom motion graphics, kinetic typography, 3D camera tracking, complex visual effects (VFX), and seamless color grading.
- Incorporate sound design, mixing,



and audio synchronization to elevate overall video production quality.

3. 3D Packaging Renders & Visual Storytelling

- Create photorealistic 3D mockups and product visualization renders (bottles, stick packs, jars, boxes) using integrated rendering workflows or AI-assisted design pipelines.
- Translate raw product concepts into engaging visual narratives for digital launches, websites, and B2B client presentations.

Required Qualifications & Technical Competencies

- Software Mastery (Non-Negotiable):
- Vector & Print Design: Expert-level proficiency in CorelDRAW Graphics Suite and Adobe Illustrator.
- Raster & Image Editing: Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop (photo retouching, compositing, mockup generation).
- Motion & Video: Professional mastery of Adobe After Effects (advanced keyframing, expressions, motion tracking, particle effects) and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of hands-on professional experience handling high-end commercial design and video editing, preferably within FMCG, Ayurveda, or luxury consumer goods.
- Portfolio Requirement: A stellar, comprehensive portfolio showcasing both intricate vector print-ready files/packaging and cinematic motion graphics/video editing reels.
- Attention to Detail: Deep understanding of print production standards (CMYK vs. RGB, bleed lines, resolutions) coupled with a sharp aesthetic eye for pacing, rhythm, and visual composition in video editing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
