Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of graphic design, visual communication, branding, digital content creation, and photoshoot planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and design layouts in line with company branding and guidelines.
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and coordinate photoshoots for products, services, events, employees, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle basic photography, lighting, framing, composition, and camera setup for photoshoots.
- Coordinate with photographers, models, internal teams, and other stakeholders during photoshoots.
- Select, edit, retouch, and enhance photographs for digital and marketing use.
- Create promotional creatives for campaigns, product launches, events, and internal communications.
- Edit and enhance images, photographs, and other visual content as required.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colors, imagery, and visual elements.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, sales, and content teams to understand creative requirements.
- Manage multiple design and creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Take feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions.
- Stay updated with current design, photography, social media, and creative trends.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.




- Knowledge of Figma and other design tools will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of photography and photoshoot setup.
- Understanding of camera angles, lighting, framing, and composition.
- Ability to handle basic photo editing, retouching, and color correction.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
- Experience creating Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and digital advertisements.
- Experience in product photography, corporate photography, and social media photoshoots.
- Knowledge of lighting equipment, camera equipment, and basic studio setup.
- Understanding of social media design specifications and content requirements.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Photography, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
- Candidates should have a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and photography/photoshoot work.
