E-commerce / Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a E-commerce / Account Manager with 4+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce accounts, preferably within an e-commerce agency or consulting environment.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling an account end-to-end - from PPC and marketplace operations to sales performance, client communication, billing coordination, and team management.

The role will primarily involve managing Amazon Seller Central, with experience in Shopify and Walmart being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end management of Amazon Seller Central accounts across domestic and international marketplaces.
- Manage and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR and overall sales profitability.
- Handle product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, Brand Story and SEO optimisation.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and market research to improve search visibility and account growth.
- Manage inventory, FBA operations, pricing, promotions and account health.
- Analyse sales, advertising and marketplace data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Handle client accounts and day-to-day client communication, including updates, performance discussions and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with clients regarding sales performance, PPC strategy, inventory, billing and other account-related requirements.
- Coordinate billing/invoicing and payment-related requirements with the relevant internal teams.
- Manage and guide the internal PPC, content, design, catalogue and other e-commerce team members working on assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with PPC Managers, Project Managers, Team Leads and other department heads to ensure smooth account execution.
- Take ownership of account deliverables, deadlines,



client expectations and overall account performance.
- Identify account-level growth opportunities and proactively recommend strategies to clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of service and communication.
- Handle multiple accounts and prioritise tasks based on business impact and client requirements.
- Experience with Shopify and Walmart Marketplace will be an added advantage.

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce account management, marketplace management or a similar role, international marketplaces.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon PPC and marketplace operations.
- Experience working in an e-commerce agency, marketplace agency or e-commerce consulting environment is preferred.
- Proven experience managing clients/accounts independently.
- Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of sales, advertising, inventory, billing and account-level operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand account performance and convert data into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and client-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable working in the EST time zone.
- Experience with Amazon, Shopify and Walmart is preferred.

Experience

4+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce / Amazon Account Management, preferably with an e-commerce agency or consulting company.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who can own an e-commerce account from end to end - PPC, marketplace operations, sales performance, client communication, billing coordination, team coordination and overall account growth - rather than focusing only on PPC execution.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
