Job Summary

- We are looking for an experienced Site Leader to manage SPM equipment installation and site operations at customer locations in India. The candidate will lead engineers and technicians during equipment installation, commissioning, production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The role will involve close coordination with the customer, internal management, overseas HQ, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- The candidate will also be responsible for manpower planning, work schedules, safety, site coordination, and daily/weekly reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage site engineers, technicians, and OSS personnel.
- Coordinate daily activities according to customer/site requirements.
- Manage equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Coordinate with Korean HQ, Indian management, customers, and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor daily work schedules and manpower allocation.
- Check daily work reports, attendance, shift schedules, and site activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate spare-parts/material requirements and local purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and customer site regulations.




- Conduct regular site meetings and follow up on pending issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Support customer meetings and communicate site issues clearly.
- Train and guide engineers/technicians when required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related engineering field.
- 5+ years of industrial equipment/site experience.
- Experience leading engineers or technicians.
- Experience in equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, or production support.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work at customer manufacturing sites.
- Willingness to work shifts/overtime when required.
- Good English, Tamil communication.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in SPM, automation, or industrial equipment.
- Experience in machine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Experience leading engineers/technicians at customer sites.
- Experience with PLC, robotics, conveyors, sensors, and vision systems.
- Experience coordinating with customers, vendors, and overseas HQ.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
