We are looking for a skilled and responsible Drone Pilot Trainer to conduct theoretical and practical drone training. The candidate will be responsible for flight training, trainee assessment, safety compliance, and providing hands-on guidance to students.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for aspiring drone pilots.
- Provide hands-on training in drone operations, flight controls, navigation, take-off, landing, and maneuvering.
- Train students on drone safety, emergency procedures, and operational practices.
- Explain basic drone components, maintenance, battery handling, and troubleshooting.
- Guide trainees on applicable DGCA rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
- Monitor trainee performance and maintain training/assessment records.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid Drone/Remote Pilot certification.
- 1+ year of experience in drone operations or training preferred.
- Good knowledge of drone technology, flight operations, and safety procedures.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Comfortable conducting outdoor practical flight sessions.
- Responsible, disciplined, and safety-oriented approach.
