A PRT cum TGT English teacher Job Responsibilities.

- Lesson Design: Create engaging daily lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials suited for both young primary learners and older secondary students.
- Skill Building: Improve student listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities through phonics, storytelling, grammar exercises, and language lab sessions.
- Mode Adaptability: Conduct classes efficiently through both physical onsite classrooms and online digital modes when required.

Assessment & Student Support

- Grading & Evaluation: Check daily homework, correct classwork, design question papers, and grade quizzes, tests, and major exams.
- Remedial Teaching: Identify struggling students and conduct extra or remedial classes to help them catch up.
- Individual Attention: Provide customized support to match the diverse learning needs of students across different age groups.

Classroom & Administrative Management

- Classroom Discipline: Maintain a safe,



positive, and organized learning environment that encourages active student participation.
- Record Keeping: Track and record daily attendance, behavioral notes, and academic progress updates accurately.
- Curriculum Updates: Stay updated with changes in school boards, academic guidelines, and up-to-date teaching methodologies.

Communication & Activities

- Parent Interaction: Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavioral development, and areas of improvement.
- Extracurricular Duties: Help organize and actively participate in school events, English debates, elocution competitions, and cultural celebrations.
