Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily field visits to present campaigns and initiatives directly to the public.
* Engage and inspire people to participate actively and support our core objectives.
* Meet and exceed field engagement and outreach targets consistently.
* Build strong rapport and long-lasting relationships with community members.
Compensation & Perks:
* Salary: Basic pay of 15,000 INR per month, with potential earnings up to 22,000 INR.
* Working Days: 26 working days per month with a flexible work arrangement.
