Job Summary

The Quality coordinator Engineer is responsible for quality functional activities like “Inspection management , IMS/ISO documentation, Projects QA/QC management”. The role supports to the project teams (tendering, design, purchase, project/site management, HR) by preparing Quality documents, inspection call , client & supplier quality coordination , client clearance (DI/MDCC) , Audit documentation etc.

Key Responsibilities

Inspection management

· Prepare inspection call with coordination with purchase & supplier as per detailed approved drawings, specifications, and client documents.

· Deputation to TPI agency & coordination with client for further witness & inspection report preparation , compliance & final dispatch clearance from client.

Tendering & Bidding Support

· Study tender quality documents, technical specifications, and quality requirements.

· Prepare quality requirements and documents.

· Submit to tender / PM / Client as require at internal / external Kick-off.

IMS/ ISO Audit

· IMS / ISO Audit (Internal / External) schedule, documentation, Site/ Office auditor visit support, compliance/NCR closer

· Cross functional support during / after audit for QA/QC requirement.





Site Quality Coordination

· Site Quality requirement & visit / support to Project / Site team during project execution.

· Site Quality support for material issue /NCR closer support during project execution

· Assist project teams during project Quality documents (Billing, FQP etc.) to client.

Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain quality / project files, inspection reports, DI/MDCC records, and IMS/ISO documents.

· TPI /Test LAB documentation , billing , coordination

Qualifications & Experience:

Education

· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Civil / Mechanical ).

· Experienced / Freshers with solid technical and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience

· Fresher: 0–5year experience or internship in Quality department / EPC projects.

· Experienced: 5+ above years of experience in Quality control & assurance for EPC project /substation projects / Renewable projects / product QA-QC / Inspection QA-QC.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
