Job Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle Sales & Purchase entries and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare and record Contra, Receipt & Payment entries.
- Manage GST-related accounting and compliance work.
- Prepare and verify TDS calculations and entries.
- Handle E-Way Bill and E-Invoicing processes.
- Check purchase and sales invoices for accuracy.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Maintain vendor/customer ledgers and follow up for outstanding balances.
- Support monthly closing and accounting reports.

Most Important – Advanced Excel Skills

Candidate should have strong practical knowledge of:

- Advanced Excel
- XLOOKUP
- VLOOKUP
- INDEX + MATCH
- Pivot Table
- Pivot Chart
- Data Analysis
- Interactive Excel Dashboards
- Excel formulas, data cleaning and reporting
- MIS preparation and analysis

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Practical knowledge of Tally Prime preferred.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, E-Way Bill & E-Invoicing.
- Robust Excel and data-analysis skills.
- Good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage accounting data and reports independently.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / equivalent accounting qualification.
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
- Freshers with strong Advanced Excel + Accounting knowledge may also be considered.

Key Requirement

Advanced Excel + Accounting + GST/TDS + E-Way Bill + E-Invoicing + Data Analysis are the major requirements for this position.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,500.00 per month
