ASBAE Technologies is hiring a Software Implementation Executive for Vidhayak Connect, our web-based office-management and citizen-request workflow platform.

The role involves working directly with client offices to set up the software, onboard users, provide training, support go-live, and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client workflows and requirements.
- Configure users, roles and workflow settings.
- Assist with data onboarding and migration.
- Train client staff on the software.
- Manage UAT and go-live support.
- Coordinate issues with Development, QA and Support teams.
- Monitor usage and provide follow-up support.
- Maintain implementation and status reports.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, onboarding,



deployment or client-facing technology roles.
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA / BBA / Any Graduate with relevant experience.
- Strong Hindi and professional English communication.
- Good understanding of web-based software.
- Comfortable with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Willing to travel within Uttar Pradesh.

Preferred: Experience with SaaS, ERP, CRM or government/institutional technology implementation.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
