- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day civil project execution activities.
- Coordinate with workers, supervisors, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain JCB, machinery, and equipment logs and monitor equipment utilization.
- Prepare and process work orders as required for project activities.
- Prepare and send purchase requisitions (PRs) for project materials and requirements.
- Coordinate with the purchase/procurement team for timely material availability.
- Coordinate material requirements, delivery schedules, and availability with project teams.
- Track manpower requirements and coordinate deployment as required.
- Follow up on project-related activities and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain project-related records, reports, logs, and documentation.
- Coordinate between the office, site teams, vendors, contractors, and other departments.




- Support project managers/engineers in day-to-day planning and execution activities.
- Identify execution-related requirements and communicate them to the concerned team.
- Perform other project coordination and administrative activities related to civil project execution.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of basic civil engineering and project execution activities.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project requirements simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other basic office applications.
- Good follow-up and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with workers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Willingness to take responsibility for day-to-day project requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
