Job Responsibilities

Cold Calling – Contact prospective students/parents, inform them about the institute, and encourage admission

Documents Verification – Check and verify admission documents (marksheet, ID proof, etc.)

Handle the admission and registration process of new students at the center

Follow up with leads through calls and convert them into confirmed admissions

Maintain student attendance, fee collection, and records

Send regular reports and documents to the head office

Respond to queries from students and parents

Required Qualifications

Graduate or equivalent qualification





0–6 months of experience in Sales/Tele-calling (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Good communication skills (Hindi/Basic English)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry) Key Skills

Cold calling and convincing skills

Detail-oriented, especially for document verification

Target-oriented work approach

Polite behaviour and patience
