SEO, AEO & GEO SpecialistRole Overview

We are looking for an experienced SEO, AEO & GEO Specialist to drive organic growth and improve brand visibility across Google, answer engines, and AI-powered search platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in SEO with a deep understanding of AEO and GEO.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies based on keywords, search intent, competitors, and business goals.
- Handle On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, including audits, indexing, crawling, schema, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, and site structure.
- Optimize content for Featured Snippets, People Also Ask, FAQs, and other SERP features.
- Develop AEO strategies to improve visibility in answer-based search.
- Develop GEO strategies for AI-powered platforms such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Optimize content for AI understanding, retrieval, brand mentions, and citations.
- Build topical authority, entity relevance, and content clusters.
- Plan backlink, outreach, and digital authority campaigns.
- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, SERP visibility, and AI search performance.
- Use tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with content, development, design, and client servicing teams.

Requirements

- 1-4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency.
- Strong expertise in Technical, On-Page, Off-Page SEO, AEO, and GEO.




- Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC, and GA4.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, search intent, SERP features, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Understanding of AI search, generative search, entity SEO, and topical authority.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity.
- E-commerce SEO / Amazon / Flipkart experience.
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile experience.
- Basic HTML/CMS knowledge.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
