Job Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
- Develop residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Conduct regular site visits, site inspections, and execution coordination.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
- Coordinate with structural consultants, site teams, and vendors.
- Resolve site-related design issues and ensure drawing compliance.
- Support quotations, BOQ preparation, and technical sales discussions.

Requirements

- B.Arch with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization.
- Knowledge of construction detailing and approval drawings.
- Solid client communication and site coordination skills.
- Practical understanding of materials, BOQ, and execution.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
