Diploma / bachelor's degree in medical laboratory technology (DMLT / BMLT)
knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, label, and process patient specimens (blood, urine, stool, tissue, etc.)
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests as per standard procedures
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments
- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of test results
- Maintain laboratory records, registers, and test reports
- Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols
- Handle and dispose of biomedical waste according to hospital guidelines
- Assist doctors and pathologists with diagnostic procedures
- Monitor inventory and request laboratory supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
