About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can understand business requirements,

coordinate with internal teams and clients, and assist in translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements.

This role is suitable for a fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience who has

strong communication skills, good analytical thinking, and a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

● Understand and gather business requirements from clients and stakeholders.

● Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and expectations.

● Prepare and maintain requirement documents, reports, and presentations.

● Coordinate with development, digital marketing, sales, and other internal teams.

● Translate client requirements into clear instructions for the relevant teams.

● Track project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

● Conduct basic research and analysis to support business decisions.

● Identify gaps, clarify requirements, and communicate updates to stakeholders.





● Assist in preparing project documentation and status reports.

● Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks.

● Participate in client meetings and presentations when required.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science,

IT, or a related field.

● Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience can apply.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

● Good Kannada communication skills are compulsory.

● Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Good formal presentation and professional communication skills.

● Ability to understand requirements and communicate them clearly.

● Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel and

PowerPoint.

● Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

● Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced IT environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
