About the Role:

Rynox Gear is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Creative Illustrator to join our Creative Strategy team.

The role involves creating engaging visual communication across digital, social media, print, packaging, retail and marketing campaigns, while maintaining a consistent and strong Rynox brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create creatives for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements and website
- Design catalogues, brochures, presentations, packaging and retail communication
- Develop campaign concepts, visual layouts and marketing collaterals
- Create illustrations and brand-led visual assets
- Work on product image editing, retouching and colour correction
- Develop and maintain design templates and visual guidelines
- Ensure consistency in typography, colours, layouts and overall brand language
- Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing and other business teams
- Prepare artwork for both digital and print production




- Handle multiple projects and deliver designs within timelines

Skills Required:

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good knowledge of InDesign and Figma is an advantage
- Robust understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and visual hierarchy
- Experience in branding, campaign design, packaging, print and digital design
- Good illustration and visual storytelling skills
- Product image editing/retouching experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking

What We're Looking For:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design / Communication Design / Visual Design
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, Applied Art, Fine Arts or a related field
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work across branding, campaigns, digital, print, packaging or retail
- Ability to understand a brief and independently take it from concept to execution
