Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content strategy, social media campaigns, analytics, and community engagement.

This role requires a balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos
- Write compelling captions and optimize content for each platform
- Manage and grow platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads is a plus)
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, etc.)




- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams

Required Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Meta/Google) is an advantage
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Creative mindset with analytical thinking ability
- Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B marketing is a plus
