Outbound Sales Executive/ International Telecaller – US & UK Process
Broadway Business Hub Pvt Ltd is hiring Telecallers / Outbound Sales Executives for our international sales process in Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad.
You will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers in the USA and UK, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, generating leads and converting opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to US & UK customers.
- Communicate professionally and understand customer requirements.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects and convert sales.
- Handle customer queries and objections confidently.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
Requirements
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with international customers.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, BPO or international calling experience is preferred.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
