The role
● Visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, and pharmacies in your territory every day ● Introduce Healkin services: home nursing, injections, IV drips, lab tests, X-ray and ECG at home, vaccinations, caregivers, and equipment rental
● Build hospital discharge tie-ups for patients who need nursing or care at home after surgery
● Get referrals and make sure each one is followed up and converted into a booking
● Distribute brochures, posters, and QR materials at partner clinics and pharmacies
● Support health camps at housing societies, senior citizen groups, and corporates
● Log every visit, referral,



and follow-up in the CRM the same day
● Track competitor activity, doctor feedback, and local demand, and share insights with the team

Who this is for
● A graduate (science or pharmacy preferred) with 1–3 years as an MR, or in healthcare or diagnostics field sales
● An existing network of doctors, clinics, or hospitals in Mumbai is a big plus
● Confident, well-presented, and professional with doctors
● Comfortable with 8–10 doctor visits a day; a two-wheeler is required
● Good communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
● Target-driven and consistent with follow-ups
