- Maintain and update accurate customer data in CRM/DMS systems.
- Conduct customer satisfaction and feedback calls.
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for timely issue resolution.
- Prepare customer follow-up reports and support customer retention activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
