About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Aesthetic Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, drive business growth, and elevate our patient experience. In this role, you will be the backbone of our clinic—combining strong operational leadership with a deep understanding of cosmetology, advanced skincare, and aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical & Skincare Expertise: Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of advanced cosmetology, aesthetic procedures, and beauty treatments to guide patient consultations, oversee treatment quality, and answer complex client inquiries.
- Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory and stock management, health & safety compliance, and facility upkeep.
- Patient Experience & Retention: Uphold exceptional customer service standards throughout the patient journey—from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up. Professionally resolve client concerns to build lasting trust and loyalty.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor clinic staff (receptionists, nurses, and aestheticians). Conduct regular training sessions on treatment techniques, safety protocols, and client communication.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive clinic KPIs and sales targets for treatments and retail skincare products.



Analyze performance data to improve conversion rates and patient retention strategies.
- Marketing & Promotions: Partner with the marketing team to execute local marketing initiatives, patient referral programs, seasonal promotions, and in-clinic events.
- Financial Oversight: Assist with budget tracking, expense control, daily cash handling, and reporting to ensure overall clinic profitability.

Requirements & Qualifications

- PG Diploma/Fellowships/Certification in Advanced cosmetology
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in clinic management, medical spa administration, or senior salon/spa operations.
- Cosmetology Knowledge: Solid hands-on knowledge and background in cosmetology, dermatology treatments, non-invasive aesthetic procedures, or advanced skincare.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing and motivating a multidisciplinary team.
- Sales & Business Acumen: Strong ability to meet sales goals and cross-sell aesthetic treatments and homecare products.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetology, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a solid focus on patient care and privacy.
