ROLE: Store & Logistics In-charge - Site (Fixed Duration Contract, 12 Weeks)

A Store & Logistics In-charge is required for the dismantling and decommissioning of existing infrastructure at a data centre facility in Malad West, Mumbai. The position holds custody of the site store and is the single control point for all material movement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Custody of the temporary site store, including access control and the access register

- Receive dismantled material from the work front; pack, tag, stack and issue

- Maintain the store stock register - no material enters or leaves except against an entry in this register

- Prepare measurement sheets, gate passes (returnable and non-returnable) and challans

- Apply tamper-proof security seals and record seal numbers at both loading and unloading

- Reconcile stock daily against the dismantling tracker

- Coordinate vehicle loading, dispatch and receipt confirmation

ESSENTIAL:





- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred

- Minimum 3 years in site stores, material accounting or project logistics

- Hands-on experience with stock registers, gate passes, challans and measurement sheets

- Working knowledge of Excel

- Legible handwriting and disciplined record keeping

- Willing to work site-based at Malad West for the full working day

DESIRABLE: Experience handling high-value or recoverable material such as copper, cable or equipment.

COMPENSATION: Rs. 25,000 - 30,000 per month plus a separate travelling allowance.

PRE-JOINING: Police verification and a previous employer reference check are mandatory for this position and will not be waived.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
