Dadu Medical Centre is hiring a Relationship Manager for our clinics in Rajouri Garden & Vasant Vihar, Delhi.

Position: Relationship Manager –
Location: Rajouri Garden & Vasant Vihar
Experience: 2–5 Years
Working Hours: 9 Hours
Timings: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM / 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Working Days: All Sundays are working; weekly off as per roster

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients.
- Handle patient enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Understand patient requirements and suggest suitable treatments/services.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow up on leads, consultations, pending payments, and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with Doctors, Sales, CRM, Therapists, and Front Desk teams.
- Focus on patient retention,



repeat visits, referrals, and package sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinic SOPs.
