Edufolio is seeking a motivated and empathetic Academic Counselor to guide students and parents in choosing the right online courses. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, skilled in relationship building, and capable of managing student interactions from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents about Edufolio’s online courses and programs
- Address queries related to course structure, career opportunities, and industry relevance
- Drive enrollments and manage monthly fee follow-ups/collections
- Coordinate with Academic and Placement teams to ensure smooth student experience
- Handle assigned administrative and reporting tasks

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities
- Highly organized with positive multitasking skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships
- Experience in education counseling / B2C sales (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
