This role demands a meticulous and strategic individual responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the company’s financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimizing financial performance, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating informed decision-making in a agile industrial environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

- A. Sales Accounting

1. Customer Collection Entries & Reconciliation

2. Customer LC Tagging, Creation of Bill of Exchange & LC Discounting

3. Raising Customer Dbit Credit Notes

4. Review of Customer Receivable & Overdue

5. Reconciliation of Customer Balances

6. MIS related to Sales

B. Income Tax

1. Computation of Advance Tax Liability

2. Timely payment of Advance Tax.

3. Computation of Income Tax/MAT/Deferred Tax,



115JJB & Other relevant sections

4. Preparation and coordination for Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing Audit

5. Prepare and file corporate income tax returns

6. Prepare detailed workings, documentation, and replies for income tax notices/demand

7. Liaise with consultants and represent the company before tax authorities as required

3. TDS Compliance

1. Ensure Correct TDS deduction

2. Timely payment of TDS/TCS

3. Timely filing of TDS/TCS Return

4. Timely filing of 15CA/15CB

5. NIL TDS/TCS Certificate, providing data
