Role Summary

The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for building and growing Leshrac's customer base by acquiring new contractors, electricians, and trade buyers — and retaining existing ones through consistent, relationship-driven service. They own their territory,



and ensure every customer knows what Leshrac stocks and why they should buy from us.

This is a high-ownership, target-driven role where your results are visible every week.

Key Responsibilities

Own your territory — conduct daily market visits to contractors, electricians, hardware shops, and project sites within your assigned area; build strong, trust-based relationships.

Generate new business — identify and onboard new B2B customers; convert leads from references, cold calls, and field prospecting.

Grow existing accounts — increase order frequency and order size from existing customers by proactively informing them of new products, offers, and availability.

Lead Generation & Outbound Sales

 Conduct cold and warm outbound calls to contractors, builders, electrical retailers, and outstation buyers to generate new sales leads.

 Pitch Leshrac’s product portfolio, highlighting leading authorized brands including Legrand, ABB, Polycab, Finolex, Havells, and Philips.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
