Collection Manager – Job Description
To manage and drive collection performance for the assigned region, ensure achievement of collection and resolution targets, control overdue and delinquent accounts, and effectively manage the field collection team.1. Collection PerformanceAchieve monthly and cycle-wise collection targets.Drive resolution performance across assigned pincodes/locations.Monitor POS, Paid, Partial Paid, Not Paid and Resolution % on a daily basis.Identify low-performing pincodes and prepare corrective action plans.Focus on high-value and high-risk overdue cases.2. Team ManagementSet clear daily and monthly targets for the team.Review individual FOS and CM performance regularly.Improve productivity through proper allocation and monitoring.Take corrective action against consistent non-performers.3. Field OperationsEnsure 100% planned field visits by FOS.Monitor visit productivity and visit aging.Ensure proper follow-up of PTP,



Miss PTP and high-value cases.Ensure no dummy visits or incorrect dispositions.Improve field coverage in negative and low-performing pincodes.4. Performance Monitoring & MISPrepare and review daily collection reports.5. Manpower & AllocationIdentify manpower requirements based on business volume.Support FOS hiring and onboarding.Ensure proper pincode and case allocation.Optimize manpower productivity.Required SkillsStrong team management skillsCollection and recovery knowledgeGood analytical and MIS skillsStrong Excel/Google Sheets knowledgeTarget-oriented approachGood communication and negotiation skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilityAbility to manage large field teamsStrong knowledge of DPD, POS, PTP and collection metrics

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
