Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive cum Sales Staff to handle customer interactions, generate sales, follow up with leads, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.
- Explain product/service features, pricing, offers, and terms clearly to customers.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other necessary documents.
- Maintain accurate records of customer details, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, accounts,



and management to ensure smooth customer service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate relevant suggestions to management.
- Prepare regular sales and customer follow-up reports.

Requirements

- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English and the local language.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a positive and energetic approach.

Salary & Advantages

Salary: ₹8000-11000 per month + Incentives
