We’re Hiring: Business Analyst

Location: India
Experience: 1–2 Years

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to support product development, analytics, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather and document business & functional requirements
- Create user stories, use cases, BRDs, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and product reviews
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Support data analysis and product roadmap activities

Must Have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of IT-OT integration (PLC, Server, Sensors, Connectivity Devices)
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to Have:
SQL | Azure Data Tools | ETL | Advanced Excel | Power BI
