Job Summary
Meadows Wellness is looking for an experienced Dietician to join our wellness clinic team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of nutrition and diet planning, along with excellent client counselling, sales, and revenue-generation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare personalized diet and nutrition plans.
- Counsel clients on nutrition, weight management, and healthy lifestyle.
- Convert consultations into treatment/program sales.
- Follow up with clients and drive package renewals and repeat business.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor client progress and maintain proper records.
- Support clinic growth through effective client engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics or relevant field.
- Relevant experience as a Dietician, preferably in a wellness/clinic environment.
- Experience in sales, client conversion, and revenue generation preferred.
- Strong communication, counselling, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong business and client-service approach.
- Professional and presentable personality.
