About the Role

Snabbit is looking for an experienced and skilled Beauty Trainer to train and upskill our beauty professionals across core salon and at-home beauty services. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in waxing, threading, manicure, and pedicure, along with the ability to demonstrate techniques and coach professionals on service quality, hygiene, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical training sessions for beauty professionals on various services and techniques.
- Train professionals in waxing, threading, manicure, and pedicure.
- Demonstrate correct service procedures, techniques, and product usage.
- Assess trainees on their technical skills and service quality.
- Provide constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure trainees follow proper hygiene, sanitation, safety, and service standards.
- Help maintain consistency and quality across beauty services.
- Develop or support training materials, demonstrations, and practical assessments.
- Conduct refresher training and upskilling sessions whenever required.
- Stay updated with current beauty techniques, products, and industry practices.

Requirements





- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the beauty/salon industry.
- Strong expertise in waxing, threading, manicure, and pedicure.
- Prior experience as a Beauty Trainer, Salon Trainer, Senior Beautician, Beauty Educator, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of beauty products, tools, and equipment.
- Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate techniques clearly and train professionals with different levels of experience.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing beauty professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification or formal training in Beauty / Cosmetology / Aesthetics.
- Experience working with professional salon or beauty-service teams.
- Experience conducting practical assessments or skill evaluations.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
