Blitz Academy is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our growing team in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through company-provided quality leads.
- Understand students' career goals, requirements, and interests.
- Explain relevant courses, programs, and career opportunities offered by Blitz Academy.
- Build strong rapport with prospective students and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Work closely with the team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
- Provide a positive customer experience throughout the admission process.

- Experience in education sales, inside sales, counselling, telecalling, or business development will be an advantage.
