We are seeking a proactive and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, oversee day-to-day culinary operations, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene. You will play a crucial role in shaping our menu, managing food costs, and training kitchen staff (including interns and line cooks) to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Culinary Leadership: Lead daily kitchen production, ensuring every order is cooked, plated, and packaged according to brand standards.
- Menu & Recipe Development: Refine existing recipes, develop new dishes, and maintain consistent taste and presentation across all orders.
- Stock & Inventory Control: Oversee daily inventory management, track food wastage, manage supplier ordering, and optimize food costs.
- Order & Workflow Management: Manage high-volume order flow during peak delivery hours to maintain fast dispatch times.
- Team Supervision & Training: Mentor, schedule, and train junior cooks and culinary interns in kitchen procedures and safety standards.
- Hygiene & Food Safety: Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation,



and safety protocols in compliance with FSSAI standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Sous Chef (preferably in a cloud kitchen, hotel, or high-volume restaurant setup).
- Culinary arts degree, diploma in hotel management, or equivalent practical experience.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, kitchen management, inventory tracking, and food costing.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a small team.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
