equired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Science.

Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, or Occupational Health & Safety.

Qualified certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are preferred.

Experience

5-8 years of experience in EHS operations.

Experience in solar cell, semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, chemical process industry, or similar high-tech manufacturing environments preferred.

Working knowledge of hazardous chemical management and electrical safety.

Key Responsibility:

Ensure compliance with EHS policies, procedures, and statutory safety requirements across solar cell manufacturing operations.





Conduct workplace safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification activities.

Perform risk assessments (HIRA/JSA) and implement effective control measures.

Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and track corrective actions.

Monitor safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials.

Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and response programs.

Deliver safety induction, training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.

Manage contractor safety compliance and permit-to-work systems.

Maintain EHS records, reports, and safety performance KPIs.

Support ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and regulatory compliance audits and initiatives.

Pay: ₹297,046.73 - ₹450,000.00 per year
