WIZMONK is looking for energetic and ambitious MBA Freshers to join our Sales & Marketing team.

This role is designed for candidates who want to build a career in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, and digital marketing while gaining hands-on exposure to Indian and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients.
- Generate leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Support sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
- Assist with market research and marketing activities.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Work toward assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Interest in sales, digital marketing, and technology services.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM, or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and comfortable interacting with clients.
