Position: Security In-Charge

We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, and experienced professional for the position of Security In-Charge to oversee and manage security operations while ensuring that all safety and security standards are effectively maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage overall security personnel and day-to-day security operations.
- Ensure proper deployment of security staff at designated locations.
- Monitor and regulate the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain discipline among security personnel.
- Handle security incidents and emergency situations effectively, remain available for 24×7 operational requirements, and prepare incident reports whenever required.
- Coordinate with management on security-related matters and operational requirements.
- Maintain attendance records, duty rosters, and shift schedules for security staff.
- Ensure adherence to company security SOPs, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor CCTV systems and maintain proper security documentation and records.




- Ensure a safe and secure environment within the organization premises through proactive monitoring and supervision.

Qualification:

- Graduate / Minimum 12th Pass (Preference will be given to candidates possessing relevant certifications).
- Training or prior experience in security management will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security supervision or a similar role.
- Experience in managing teams and handling security operations will be preferred.

Skills Required:

- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage teams and handle emergency situations.
- Basic computer knowledge will be preferred.

Experience:

- Security Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
