WAREHOUSE IN-CHARGE

Location: Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: As per experience & industry standards

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle inward and outward material movement.
- Maintain accurate stock records, inventory, and warehouse documentation.
- Ensure proper storage, stacking, labeling, and handling of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and helpers.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, dispatch, and logistics teams.
- Ensure timely preparation of GRN, delivery challans, stock reports, and dispatch documents.
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Prevent stock damage, shortage, leakage, and unauthorized movement.




- Use MS Excel / ERP / inventory software for maintaining records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and warehouse reports.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of warehouse & inventory management.
- Basic to good MS Excel knowledge.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Strong attention to stock accuracy and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple warehouse activities independently.

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
