OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our operations team in Hyderabad. The candidate will coordinate with managers and drivers, assign trips, monitor driver activities, and ensure smooth completion of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Report to the client location at Nanakramguda, Hyderabad.
- Work in the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift.
- Coordinate with the manager regarding daily trip requirements.
- Assign trips to drivers based on operational requirements.
- Track drivers throughout their assigned trips.
- Monitor drivers until they end their shift.
- Follow up with drivers regarding trip status and completion.
- Coordinate with the manager and operations team to resolve trip-related issues.
- Complete vehicle onboarding in the company system.
- Maintain accurate driver, vehicle, and trip-related information in the system.
- Ensure all operational activities are completed according to company SOPs.
- Escalate delays, driver issues, vehicle issues, or other operational problems to the concerned manager.
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of daily operations.
- Prepare and update operational reports whenever required.

Language Requirements

Mandatory:

- Telugu – Must
- Hindi – Must

Additional Advantage:

- English communication skills

Requirements





- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Must be able to speak Telugu and Hindi fluently.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with operational systems and applications.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and attentive.
- Willingness to work 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
- Previous experience in transportation, fleet, logistics, cab operations, or a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication and coordination skills can also apply.
