We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending EMI and credit card payments.
- Remind customers about upcoming or overdue payments.
- Communicate payment details and due dates clearly.
- Follow up with customers and encourage timely payment.
- Understand customers' payment-related concerns and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers. Update customer payment and call details in the system.
- Maintain regular follow-ups as per company guidelines.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets. Coordinate with the concerned team regarding customer payment updates.

Requirements:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of Tamil and basic English is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous telecalling, collections, or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
