Role Objective:

To ensure efficient and timely execution of production activities while maintaining product quality, optimum resource utilization, safety, and adherence to company processes and delivery commitments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and execute daily production activities in line with approved production plans and delivery commitments.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining required standards of quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Allocate manpower and assign work responsibilities effectively based on production priorities and employee capabilities.
- Supervise machine assembly, fabrication, machining, wiring, testing, and other production activities as applicable.
- Ensure production work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, BOMs, work instructions, and quality standards.Coordinate closely with Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Service, and other concerned departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of raw materials, components, tools, equipment, and other production resources.
- Monitor production progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and take timely corrective action.
- Minimize rejection, rework, material wastage, machine downtime, and other production losses.
- Maintain proper control and accountability of company tools, machinery, equipment, and production assets.
- Maintain accurate production records, job cards, checklists,



reports, and other required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety procedures, 5S standards, housekeeping requirements, and workplace discipline.Conduct regular follow-ups with team members to track pending jobs, priority activities, and committed completion timelines.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and overall production performance.
- Ensure completed machines/products are properly inspected and handed over to the Quality/Testing Department as per the defined process.
- Ensure proper shift-wise or employee-wise handover of pending work, materials, tools, documents, and responsibilities.
- Immediately escalate major production issues, material shortages, quality concerns, safety incidents, or delivery risks to the concerned senior/management.
- Support management in implementing production-related policies, targets, improvement initiatives, and performance monitoring systems.
- Performance Expectations:
- The Production Department is expected to maintain consistent production output, meet committed timelines, control rework and wastage, ensure effective manpower and resource utilization, and maintain a protected, organized, and disciplined production environment.

Qualification: BSc (Electronics, E&TC;), Diploma (Electronics, E&TC;)
Experience: 1-2 Years, Freshers can apply

Pay: ₹10,131.91 - ₹20,034.68 per month
