HIRING – QA/QC SENIOR MANAGER
Experience: 5–7 Years
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Tech
Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA CTC
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead & manage a team of 10–12 QC Executives
- Inspect incoming raw & semi-finished materials
- Ensure proper job card & in-process QC inspection
- Conduct final quality inspection before dispatch
- Reduce customer complaints, defects & production wastage
- Implement corrective & preventive actions
- Train QC staff & operators on quality improvement
- Maintain quality records, data, SOPs & documentation
- Handle client/external quality audits
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
