Position: Part-Time HR – Client Acquisition

Location: Mira Road, Mumbai

Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident candidate who can acquire new clients through cold calling, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.
- Identify and generate new business leads.
- Explain company services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
- Maintain client information and follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned client acquisition targets.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
- Ability to generate and convert leads.
- Sales/client acquisition mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and communication tools.
- Candidates from Mira Road and nearby areas preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Expected hours: 4.0 per week
