Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Sirsi, Uttar Kannada. The candidate must be fluent in Kannada to effectively coordinate with local workers, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Manage and coordinate labor, subcontractors, and materials at the site
- Monitor project progress and report status to senior management
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline
- Handle on-site problem-solving and decision-making
- Maintain records of work progress, attendance, and material usage
- Communicate effectively with local teams in Kannada
- Ensure quality control and timely completion of work

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field




- 1–3 years of experience in construction/site supervision
- Fluency in Kannada (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in residential/commercial construction projects
- Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
