We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Photographer to capture, edit, and produce high-quality visual content for our brand. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing video shoots and photography sessions from concept to final edit. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to create engaging media for digital platforms, promotional campaigns, social media, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Production & Shooting: Plan, set up, and execute high-quality photo and video shoots in studio and on-location settings.
- Camera & Equipment Operation: Manage camera gear, lenses, studio and location lighting, audio recorders, wireless mics, and stabilization equipment (gimbals, tripods).
- Editing & Post-Production:
- Edit raw video footage into polished videos, adding color grading, sound design, transitions, and basic motion graphics/titles.
- Retouch, color correct, and edit high-resolution images for digital and print distribution.
- Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard video concepts, create shot lists, and develop visual themes aligned with brand guidelines.
- Social Media Content Creation: Adapt long-form videos into engaging, short-form content tailored for platforms like Instagram (Reels), TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.




- Asset Management: Organize, tag, and maintain a structured digital asset library of raw footage, edited videos, and photo archives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 5+years of qualified experience as a Videographer, Photographer, or Content Creator with a strong, diverse portfolio/demo reel.
- Technical Equipment Knowledge: Hands-on experience operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras (Sony, Canon, RED, or similar), lighting rigs, and audio capture systems.
- Editing Software Proficiency:
- Video: Expert skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (working knowledge of After Effects is a strong plus).
- Photo: Expert skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Visual Storytelling: Solid grasp of composition, lighting setups, framing, camera movement, and audio mixing.
- Time Management: Ability to manage tight deadlines, multitask across several projects, and deliver assets on schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

- Drone operator certification/experience (Part 107 or local equivalent).
- Experience with basic motion graphics and animated text overlays.
- Knowledge of social media video trends and algorithmic best practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
