ABOUT THE COMPANY

R.K. TRADERS is a distributor of adhesives and related products. We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to develop and expand our adhesive business in Dehradun and nearby areas.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The candidate will be based in Dehradun and will be responsible for developing the Dehradun market. The primary focus will be on selling adhesive products to glass shops, glass fabricators, aluminium and glass dealers, hardware shops, adhesive dealers, contractors and other relevant customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Visit glass shops, glass fabricators, aluminium and glass dealers, hardware shops and adhesive dealers.

- Generate new customers and develop existing accounts.

- Promote and sell adhesive products.

- Generate orders and develop repeat business.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers and customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Follow up on orders, payments and customer requirements.

- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.

- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market demand.

- Achieve the monthly sales target.





- Maintain regular market visit and sales reports.

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in adhesives, glass, aluminium, hardware or building materials is preferred.

- Experience with glass shops, fabricators, dealers or contractors will be an advantage.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel and work in the field.

- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

- Fixed salary: Rs. 15,000 per month

- Travel allowance: Rs. 200 per working day

- Minimum monthly sales target: Rs. 3,00,000

- Performance-based incentives as per company policy.

JOB TERMS

- Full-time field sales position.

- Candidate will be based in Dehradun.

- Regular market visits in Dehradun and nearby areas are required.

- Minimum monthly sales target is Rs. 3,00,000.

- Travel allowance of Rs. 200 per working day will be provided as per company policy.

- Candidate must be comfortable meeting shop owners, dealers, fabricators, contractors and other customers.
