Role Overview

We are hiring a Performance / Growth Marketing / PPC Intern to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance channels. You will work alongside senior paid media specialists on live client accounts spanning lead generation, e-commerce, and brand campaigns, building real campaign skills from day one.If you enjoy data, dashboards, A/B tests, and the satisfaction of watching a CAC curve bend in the right direction, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Optimization & Testing

- Monitor campaign performance daily and flag anomalies in spend, CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, or CAC.
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Support budget pacing, bid adjustments, and account hygiene tasks such as negative keyword lists and placement exclusions.

Creative &; Landing Page Coordination

- Brief and coordinate with design and copy teams to produce on-strategy ad creatives and variants.
- Review landing pages for message match, load speed, and conversion friction; recommend CRO improvements.

Analytics &; Reporting

- Pull data from Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, and Looker Studio.
- Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards covering spend, leads, conversions, CAC,

ROAS,



and channel-level insights.

- Translate data into recommendations — what to scale, what to pause, what to test next. Growth Experiments
- Support broader growth experiments across paid channels, lifecycle nudges, and conversion funnels.
- Document hypotheses, test design, results, and learnings in a shared experiment log.

Campaign Setup &; Execution

- Assist in setting up and launching campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, PMAX,

YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms as required.

- Build campaign structures including ad groups, audiences, placements, ad copy, and creative variants.
- Implement UTM tagging, conversion tracking, and audience configuration in coordination with the analytics team.

Keyword & Audience Research

- Conduct keyword research for search campaigns including match types, negatives, and intent mapping.
- Build audience segments — lookalikes, custom audiences, remarketing pools, and interest- based cohorts — across platforms.
- Research competitor ads using tools such as Meta Ads Library, SEMrush, and SimilarWeb.

Required Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. MBA candidates are welcome.
- Foundational understanding of digital advertising, the difference between awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns, and the role of channels like Google and Meta.
- Comfort with numbers, able to read a performance report, and identify what the data is saying.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets including formulas, pivot tables, and basic charting.
- Clear written and spoken communication; able to explain campaign logic in simple terms.
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and able to manage multiple campaigns and clients in parallel.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
